Brian Anderson - President/CEO

With the organization since 1982, gained experience in distribution including purchasing, sales, marketing, administration and operations management. His business experience combined with well rounded knowledge of the fastener industry enhances the strategic growth objectives of the organization.


Larry Hornbaker - Quality Control Manager

Joining the company in 1976, he has amassed over thirty years in inspection and quality assurance. Maintaining a vast knowledge of fastener products and related quality requirements, he manages and administers a quality system compliant to AS9120.


Susan Anderson – Chief Financial Officer

Initially with the company from 1989 through 2001 as Corporate Controller, Anderson reunited with the company in 2007 as CFO. She supervises the company’s accounting and is responsible for financial reporting, planning, and control. Anderson brings expertise in business administration, finance, employee development and commitment to customer, as well as vendor relations.
